EA closed beloved studio Visceral Games while famed game director Amy Hennig was in the middle of making a Star Wars game. Then they revealed some of their plans around the loot boxes in Star Wars Battlefield II fresh on the heals of the hoopla around loot boxes in Lord of The Rings: Shadow of War. So EA aren't flavour of the month. So in this podcast we spend some time talking about Visceral Games sublime Dead Space game and grumpily wondering what the hell EA are doing! Films galore! We've barely had time to play any games! That's not true, but we've been watching more than playing! I Don't Feel At Home In This World Anymore, the new Death Note film, Okja, Arrival, Mad Max have all been viewed, and Dave has been on a horror binge and has watched a host of scary films.
